One paper, online every Wednesday, for Somerset and Lake Cumberland. Want ads from people, boxed ads from businesses, all mixed on one page the way a printed shopper does it. Every ad is read by a person before it runs.
Display ads for businesses
Deals, offers and events that charge admission run as display ads inside the paper, next to the want ads. Every size carries your headline, details, phone, address and link, and sits under the category head you choose, or anywhere in the paper. One week is one Wednesday issue; the ad stays on the page all week. Ads in by Monday 11 AM run that Wednesday.

Two weeks is about ten percent off, four weeks about twenty percent off. Pictures are JPEG or PNG, supplied by you and checked by us. Place a display ad.
Want ads
Up to 25 words: $2.50 an issue. From 26 to 40 words: $4. Each ad runs one issue (the paper is weekly); place it again for another week. Add-ons: a (photo) link that opens your picture $2, a (Marketplace Link) to your Facebook listing $1, bold first line $1. The paper itself stays words only: pictures and web addresses never print in it. Help wanted and business want ads pay the same as anyone else. Place a want ad.
Standing service line, $20 a month. For plumbers, roofers, tree work, cleaning, hauling and every other trade: your ad of up to 25 words, bold name included, in Services offered every week. Stripe charges your card $20 when you place it and again each month until you cancel; the line first runs in the next Wednesday issue after a person reads it. To change the wording or cancel, email [email protected]; a cancelled line runs to the end of the month already paid. Tick "Standing service line" on the want ad form.
How paying works
You pay by card on the screen after the form (Stripe), and Stripe emails the receipt. A person then reads the ad. If it cannot run under our rules we refund it in full and tell you why. No invoices, no contracts, no sales tax on advertising in Kentucky.
Not accepted
Political campaigns and ballot measures, alcohol and tobacco, payday lending, firearms and ammunition, adult services, multi-level marketing, ticket resale above face value, live-animal sales other than rehoming, and anything we would not print. Housing ads carry the Equal Housing Opportunity statement. No ad may ask for payment by gift card, wire, payment app or crypto.
